The most challenging terrain is found in the legendary 'Steep and Deep Camp', which sees an average of more than 38ft or 11.6m of snowfall per season. The amount of terrain available directly from the lifts is huge but a resort guide will soon lead you to secret paths between cliffs where you will access virgin powder, even weeks after a snowfall. The tree line runs almost all the way up the mountain, so even in bad weather you can ski in protected areas.
