Playa Paraiso currently has a small pebble beach, but work on a larger man-made equivalent is planned to start soon. But an attractive saltwater lido offers hours of safe fun for the kids, and some space to stretch out and relax.

Playa Paraiso package holidays and all-inclusive holidays are quiet affairs, and there is a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and most of the entertainment hotel-based. But a hire car is recommended if you plan to explore further afield, and visits to the Aqua Park and Mount Tiede should be on your list if you want to bring a little variety to your Tenerife holiday.

As a result of the quieter nature of the hotels, and the availability of excellent attractions for all the family nearby, Playa Paraiso makes a good base for a holiday if you’re bringing the children, perhaps for their first foreign holiday experience.
