Book a ski break with 'you' in mind

With a fantastic array of ski resorts available across Europe, it is important to keep ‘you’ in mind when booking your winter retreat this year.

New advice, released by travel company Travpr.com, reveals that some people can get overwhelmed by the range of options available. Often, the first few results on a search engine can lull people into losing track of their perfect destination. In this way, it is important to consider what you want from a ski holiday before you search.

You should start by addressing the practical criteria. For example, are you a skier or a snowboarder? Some resorts are better for one over the other. The ability levels are also important; if you are travelling as a family you may want resorts that offer more comfortable ski conditions.

For your leisure, you should consider what you want from a resort and, also, what you want from a chalet. Are you a party animal or a ski lover? Do you prefer to be in a central location or in rustic quiet spot? Make sure the chalet is within comfortable distance of your desired leisure choice.

Some resorts offer everything you could possibly want from a ski holiday. Many French resorts are particularly popular, such as Espace Killy, Les Brevieres or the newly refurbished Nyon in Morzine. Ultimately, there is a ski chalet made just for you. ‘The art is knowing what you want and where to look’.ADNFCR-2580-ID-801232446-ADNFCR
