Spain 'has something for everyone'
British families looking for a destination that caters for people of all ages may wish to consider booking a holiday to Spain.
Nadine Hallak, a spokesperson for cheapflights.co.uk, said the country has a great deal to offer British holidaymakers.
She noted that people are as keen as ever to enjoy summer breaks abroad.
"Brits are absolutely still searching for that sun and beach
holiday. In a country famed for its less than idyllic climate, Brits often need to leave home to find sun, sand and heat and this is reflected in the search patterns we see on our website," Ms Hallak commented.
She added that popular Spanish hotspots such as Tenerife, Palma and Alicante cater for people on all budgets and generally offer a wide range of accommodation options.
Travel review site TripAdvisor revealed earlier this week that
holiday searches rose by 41 per cent in the 24 hours after the England football team were eliminated from the World Cup in South Africa.
