Ibiza 'popular holiday choice' for 2010
The lure of sun, sea and sand seems to be encouraging more people to book
cheap holidays to Spain and the island of Ibiza.
A survey conducted by
holiday guide website Love Ibiza revealed that 92 per cent of respondents who had been to the destination wanted to return for a
holiday in the future.
Furthermore, 78 per cent want to go back for a summer break in 2010.
John McElborough, editor of the Love Ibiza website, said: "Along with the interest we have seen in the 2010 season already we would expect this to be a record breaking year for Ibiza tourism."
On the whole, the research found that people were satisfied or very satisfied with the service they received during their
flight and throughout their stay on the Spanish island.
In related news, Skyscanner recently stated that the Canary Islands could be a good destination for those who want to escape the cold weather currently hitting the UK.
