'Take kids to the beach' for summer holidays

Parents wondering where to take their youngsters for their summer holidays this year have been told that the seaside tends to be a good option for keeping children amused.

David Withers, a member of the public asked on the streets of Sheffield, explained that his vacations are normally centred around his little ones.

As a result, he tends to consider how best to keep them entertained when he is about to book any last minute holidays and a beach is usually a good place to take youngsters in his opinion.

Mr Withers noted that he can "get a bit of a rest too" if he takes his family to the seaside, which means that bargain holidays to Greece could be ideal for him.

A spokesperson from the British Skin Foundation recently advised people to reapply water resistant sunscreen every couple of hours, as such products are not waterproof and may come off after swimming.
