Egypt 'has something for everyone'
Britons looking for a destination that has something to offer the whole family have been advised to book a holiday to Egypt.
Khaled Ramy, director UK & Ireland of the Egyptian State Tourist Office, said it is a great place for UK travellers.
"It's a country that has something for everyone – for singles, couples, families with children and 50 plus. It has lots of culture, it has lots of beach resorts. You can have a twin centre
holiday, so you can have culture and relaxing on the beach," he commented.
Mr Ramy noted that the country basks in sunshine all year round and is an excellent destination for scuba diving enthusiasts.
He added that there are few places in the world that are home to untouched coral reefs and such a rich array of cultural attractions.
According to Abta - The Travel Association, almost two million Britons jetting off on breaks abroad over the bank
