London taxi ride could deliver holiday in Thailand
Brits' interest in all-inclusive holidays in Thailand could be stoked by a new promotional venture launched in London by the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
Some 50 taxis have been cleverly painted to look like a traditional Thai tuk-tuk, which is one of Thailand's most famous modes of transport, in the campaign aimed at encouraging people to visit the country.
The "tuxis" launched at the Royal Thai Embassy in Kensington feature an innovative, eye catching design and the strap line See something amazing every day and those using them could also end up winning extra.
A competition to win an unforgettable holiday to Thailand is up for grabs for the first three months of the campaign and all passengers need to do is enter the draw for free at the tourism body's website.
Thailand is particularly ideal for
cheap package holidays thanks to its abundance of resorts and rich culture with Chinese, Lao, Burmese, Cambodian and Indian influences.
