Book an all-inclusive holiday 'for good value'

Booking an all-inclusive holiday to Spain or another popular destination is a great option for those who want to pay for their break in advance.

This is the opinion of Bob Atkinson, an expert from Travelsupermarket.com, who said they are a great choice for people who are happy to stay in one place and have everything organised for them.

With all food and drink paid for, people taking all-inclusive holidays will only need a small amount of spending money, he explained.

"If you go to somewhere like Spain you'll find it a lot more expensive than you thought before, then before you know it you're saying no to the kids for an ice-cream or another drink because it isn't cheap. From that perspective all-inclusive is good value," Mr Atkinson commented.

He added that all-inclusive holidays allow families to stick to a tight budget, which is important due to the current economic climate.

Research published earlier this month by flight search site Skyscanner revealed that Spain is still the most popular destination for British holidaymakers.
