Flights
For our first edition brochure, we fly from eight regional airports in the UK and most of our flights are with our partner airline Monarch Airlines. We operate a range of scheduled and chartered flights to support our holiday collection and offer an excellent daytime flying programme with as many of the best morning and weekend flight times that we can offer. We know they’re the ones you like best! Your travel consultant will provide all the detailed flight information at the time of booking and with your documentation, but please remember to check your flight times once you receive them. As flight schedules are put together in advance, flight times can change.
Flight supplements
Because we want to be open and honest with you, we’ve included a flight supplement table on each resort page so you’ll know up-front, on which day and at which airport a supplement will be charged. Please note however that as the brochure is printed in advance supplements may change, so please check with your travel consultant at the time of booking.
Pre-booked seats
You can pre-book your seats on most of our chartered flights up to nine days prior to departure, to guarantee that you and your family or friends can sit together. A small charge will be payable.
Extra legroom
You can also book seats on our flights that have extra legroom for a more relaxing and enjoyable journey, which can be booked for a small charge. Some of these however are adjacent to the emergency exits and for safety reasons are only available for certain passengers. Please speak to your travel consultant for more information at the time of booking.
Pre-booked meals
You will be able to pre-book your meal at the time of booking if you are travelling on one of our chartered flights. If however you are travelling on a scheduled flight, you will be able to purchase your meal during the flight itself. Please speak to your travel consultant for more information.
Car hire
Hiring a car for all or part of your holiday gives you the added freedom to discover your destination when and how you want to. You can book your car in advance when you book your holiday. We offer a wide range of quality vehicles to choose from through our approved car hire partner AVIS, a reputable, global car hire company who have been providing a quality car hire service for many years. Speak to your travel consultant to take advantage of our competitive rates.
Essential final touches

Making your holiday when you’re away
We are committed to making your holiday all you want it to be. When you book and travel with us, you can relax knowing we’ll support you when you’re overseas. There are two levels of service, and the following symbols will let you know which one to expect.
‘With you in resort’ Representative Service includes: • Representative to meet you at your arrival airport • A hotel visit from The Co-operative Travel representative • A welcome meeting at the beginning of your holiday to give you the local knowledge and help you get the most from your holiday • 24-hour service cover by telephone, so we can offer assistance whenever you need it • Opportunity to add to your holiday experience by choosing one or more of our in resort activities and excursions • ‘Just ask’ Text service.
