The 11 ships of the line include the Century, Constellation, Equinox, Infinity, Mercury, Millennium, Silhouette, Solstice, Summit and Xpedition – the smallest vessel in the fleet, with a total occupancy of just 92, specialising in luxury cruises to the Galapagos Islands. 

At the other end of the scale you have the stunning Celebrity Equinox, launched in 2008 and glittering with refinement and luxury from stem to stern. You can even feel the grass grow under your feet at the uniquely innovative Lawn Club.  

Celebrity Eclipse, launched on May 1st 2010 and the newest of the technically-advanced Solstice-class of ships, sails from Southampton. She combines 21st century state-of-the-art technology with expansive, distinctive styling and unsurpassed elegance – the hallmarks of a Celebrity cruise.

Family-friendly cruises abroad

Sophistication and grand style go hand-in-hand on a Celebrity cruise, yet it’s never pretentious – which is why it’s a popular choice with adults and children alike. The Celebrity X-Club Youth Program offers age-specific activities and entertainment which combine education with fun. There are special, supervised children only areas, and when the ship is docked parents have the option of leaving their children on-board at a Get-Together session in the Fun Factory. 

There’s a wide range of activities for adults too. Try the AquaSpa and Fitness Centre, or tee-off on the golf simulator. Learn something new with an on-board lecture, or attend an art auction. Play the tables Las Vegas style, or enjoy the amazing Bar at the Edge of the Earth, created specially for Celebrity Cruises by Cirque du Soleil. 

Live entertainment ranges from spellbinding West End-style shows, to laid back jazz lounges - and when you’re hungry, you have everything from Michel Roux restaurants to pool-side cafes. Away from the ship, there’s a wide range of shore excursions.
